At Tori Fiber Arts, we take pride in offering high-quality, hand dyed yarns and fibers sourced exclusively from domestic suppliers in the United States. To maintain the integrity of our products and streamline our operations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases, including physical and digital products.

• Final Sale: All sales are final. This includes yarns, fibers, kits, sets, bundles, digital products (such as knitting and crochet patterns), and custom-made orders.
• Non-Eligible Issues: We do not address issues related to regular wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or modifications made by anyone other than Tori Fiber Arts.

• These items are usually heavily marked down and no further discounts can be applied at check out.

Mystery Seconds

• This gives our customers a chance to enjoy these handmade items and to help reduce waste, preventing these goods from going to the landfill.
• All sales of mystery seconds yarn are final.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: In rare cases where an item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us at support@torifiberarts.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, name, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. If approved, we may provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Yarn must be in its original packaging, unused, and free of odor, pet hair, or debris.
• Non-Addressable Items: We do not offer replacements or credits for yarn wound into a ball or cake, digital products, custom orders, second-hand purchases, or items damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications.

• Tori Fiber Arts reserves the right to revise or update this policy at any time without advance notice.
• The policy applicable to your order will be the version active on our website when you make your purchase.

Our average processing time is 3-5 business days, though delays may occur due to order volume shifts, seasonal peaks, carrier issues, and store closures, including holidays.

The processing time excludes shipping time. Updates on any additional processing time delays will be provided on our website and in order confirmation e-mails.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once your order has already shipped, address changes are not possible.

For domestic orders: free standard shipping on all US-based orders.

For international orders: free standard shipping on orders $75 or more.

*The free shipping minimum is calculated based on prices in USD (United States Dollars), after discounts and before taxes, shipping, and duties. International customers are still responsible for paying customs and duties fees under the “shipping” costs during checkout if selecting DDP (Delivered Duties Paid.) 

We use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments and Passport consolidation services for international orders.

Shipping costs vary depending on the method chosen during the checkout process.

Shipping rates are calculated in real time as you add items to your cart and select your shipping destination.

We offer expedited shipping. Please note that expedited shipping does not include expedited processing time. While we will process expedited orders within three business days, it is not guaranteed, particularly during high demand or store closures during holidays.

Deliveries to 'PO Boxes' are available for domestic shipments using USPS.

We will send an e-mail requesting a verification that you would like your package to be delivered to the P.O. Box address you provided.

International customers are required to pay import duties and taxes for their purchases.

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): the recipient pays all import duties and taxes upon arrival.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): the recipient pays all import duties and taxes before shipping. 

Most international packages are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). DDP includes all duties, taxes, and fees; therefore, your cart's prices may differ.

Please contact us if the courier asks you to pay these fees again. They will be able to contact the courier directly to see the cause of the problem. If you paid the fees before contacting our team, we can reimburse you via PayPal or store credit, whichever you prefer.
